Mr. Amerjeet Singh is the managing director and heads the litigation practice. He was called to the English Bar by the Honourable Society of Middle Temple in 1997 and subsequently called to the Singapore Bar in 1998. He has been actively in practice for over two decades.
Mr. Singh has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation, preparation of specific contracts and documents, family and matrimonial law, Syariah law, wills administration and probate matters amongst others.
He has over the years represented clients in many complex matters including numerous civil and commercial cases involving contractual disputes, defamation, personal and industrial injury claims.
Throughout his years in practice, he has also had the opportunity to assist his clients in their real estate transactions. Mr. Singh has also routinely taken on pro bono cases from the legal aid scheme.
He believes in helping to fill gaps for those who would otherwise go unrepresented in legal matters that affect their lives and the lives of their families.
Mr. Singh is also a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.
